Ever notice when you have followed the whole strategy thing, you’re being consistent online, building credibility, being authentic, working on your skillset and still you hear crickets?
It’s not because you have a discipline problem or a system problem or a marketing problem…
You have an energetic problem.
An Energy Mismatch
You know those times when something or someone online gives you the ick and you can’t figure out why? Maybe they are trying to cold sell you something or maybe you’re noticing it’s all about them, or the conversation feels transactional… Whatever the thing is there’s most likely an energetic mismatch happening.
A misaligned frequency between two human beings. Doesn’t make them wrong and it doesn’t make you wrong either, it’s all just energy.
Which is why business energetics is important (especially if you’re a heart-led female leader).
When I learned how to infuse the energetics with the building blocks of a business (systems) my life and business really started to take a turn for the best.
I started receiving illogical results
DMs to collab, revenue multiplied (with less input), massive results for clients, landing dream high paying clients, no micromanaging or power struggle team dynamics..
All because I found the balance between implementing systems and infusing magic.
The downfall is when we now go into business we go very robotic in our approach.
We lose the innocence of being human, being vulnerable, and building connections. People tend to feel like they can’t connect with another human being and there’s a lack of support that happens internally and externally, creating that cycle of stagnancy.
It makes sense why, as we move into such an AI obsessive society now, but that means we can adapt to using systems to our advantage, giving us space to be human, to be intentional, to play with energy to manipulate our desires to become our destiny.

Here’s a cheat sheet I give to clients when business is feeling MEH, results are stagnant, it’s feeling stale and hard.
Leaning into Energy
When we feel a lack of resources, exposure, abundance, momentum or opportunities but you have all your systems set up (from marketing to email sequences), you have your strategy & input then it’s not about “fixing” your mindset or that you need to restructure your systems.
It truly just comes down to leaning into energy. Because there’s a misalignment. It’s painfully as simple as that.
Above are a range of different ways to infuse the magic inside your business.
The rituals and intentionality are all things our ancestors tapped into and mastered over lifetimes. And we have forgotten these super-natural ways to operate and co-create.
Our ancestors were all entrepreneurs, they all “worked” for either themselves, the family branch or for the village and they knew that taking care of themselves, soul, body and mind. God/Source will always show up and support us in ways no amount of action, systems or marketing ever could.

Start by facing your business challenges through the lens of vibration and make it a habit to check into your energetic state.
Take it from me, someone who is an OBM who heavily focused on strategy and systems for years, I can say with full conviction that it wasn’t until taking care of my energetic and emotional wellbeing that everything shifted for me. In ways logic could never explain!
